The heart of it is a high-intensity halogen lamp that takes over from slower convection heating, so you get the heat you need right when you need it.
Speed, plain and simple
That “seconds to 300°C” performance comes down to power density. We focused the thermal output like a beam onto the target area. Instead of wasting time heating up a huge volume of air, the heat goes straight where it matters. The payoff? The oven hits its setpoint almost instantly. That means shorter cycles and more output. But here’s the part you need to plan for: it draws serious wattage. The electrical side has to match—your power circuit needs to handle the peak load without the voltage dipping. The faster the ramp, the more attention your power supply and cooling deserve.
The materials that make it work
The halogen element sits inside a quartz envelope. Why quartz? It stays steady under heat and lets the light through cleanly. The halogen cycle keeps the filament clean, so output stays stable and the element lasts longer than standard heaters. And the shortwave emission pattern is focused on absorption—so the energy goes into your product, not the air around it.
Installation that doesn’t fight you
We made this for the shop floor, not a whiteboard. It uses an R7s connector—standard bi-pin—so you can mount it quickly and securely. It’s a simple drop-in replacement. That means less downtime during maintenance and wiring that’s straightforward, so you can get the oven back up and running fast.
