The technical side of things Getting a lamp to heat up fast isn’t magic; it’s about the filament chemistry and how it handles voltage. Because it lets more IR heat pass straight through to the PET preform instead of getting trapped in the glass. No fighting with sockets, no “massaging” the lamp into the holder. It just works. A quick word of advice These lamps pack a massive amount of energy into a tiny space. It’s powerful stuff. But there’s a catch. If your oven’s cooling fans are clogged or your ventilation is lagging, that ambient heat builds up and eats away at the lamp’s life.
