You want more bottles coming off the line, but the machine just isn&amp;rsquo;t keeping up.&#xA;Here&amp;rsquo;s the thing: you probably don&amp;rsquo;t need to drop a fortune on a brand-new machine. Most of the time, the real bottleneck is just the oven. If your lamps are old and tired, those PET preforms aren&amp;rsquo;t getting hot enough fast enough. To compensate, you end up slowing down the whole conveyor. Just a heads-up though—make sure your wiring and power supply can handle the extra load. You don&amp;rsquo;t want to be staring at a blown fuse in the middle of a shift.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;The nitty-gritty stuff&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;We use high-purity quartz glass because we&amp;rsquo;re tired of seeing lamps burn out too early. Plus, we add a special coating that reflects the heat forward. Instead of wasting energy heating up the oven walls, the heat goes exactly where it belongs: onto the PET.&#xA;And don&amp;rsquo;t worry about a complicated install. We use standard R7s or Sk15 connectors. They just drop right in. No hacking at the lamp holders or spending hours on rewiring.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;A word of caution&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;More heat means more speed. That&amp;rsquo;s the goal. But it also means you have a smaller margin for error.&#xA;If you crank up the wattage but leave your blowers and cooling curves exactly where they were, you might run into trouble. You could overheat the neck or end up with those annoying &amp;ldquo;pearls&amp;rdquo; in the plastic. It&amp;rsquo;s a balancing act between the power of the lamps and your machine&amp;rsquo;s airflow.&#xA;But once you dial it in?
